Nourishing Both the Body and the Soul

Good nutrition is essential to good health, especially for older adults. Our meals are designed by Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to support wellness, energy, and independence, with the right balance of nutrients to meet each participant’s needs.

Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal program administered by the USDA, provides reimbursements for nutritious meals and snacks served to eligible children and adults in care settings.

At our centers, every day includes two nutritious meals and two snacks, all thoughtfully prepared to accommodate special diets and feeding support. Menus are planned a month in advance, so families can see what’s coming up and plan their meals at home accordingly.

Our philosophy is that food nourishes more than the body. It nourishes the soul.

Chef Darren has a gift. He cooks with such love. Once, I brought in a recipe that has been in my family for generations - not only did he agree to make the dish, but I got to share an important piece of myself with all of my friends in the program.
